Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of food and beverage supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of bartending practices, food preparation, and production techniques.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
