This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
The starting salary will be from £ 35,608 on Grade E, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
About You
This position offers an exciting opportunity for those wishing to develop their career in student casework. We are looking for a committed and resilient individual who has the required experience and skills to join our busy team. This post requires candidates with a high level of initiative, the ability to synthesise information and reach reasoned decisions on the evidence available. You would be required to work effectively with a wide variety of colleagues from across the University and communicate with a range of audiences.
You will provide a high level of support and advice to colleagues across the University and will become an expert in Casework policies with particular focus on Transnational Education (TNE) Programmes.
The successful applicant for this post will have experience of working flexibly both as part of a team and of working independently to deliver an outstanding customer service experience. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and ideally have experience of casework in this or a similar compliance related background.
