Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Assisting with scheduling appointments for engineers, and managing calendars effectively
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with supplies
- Providing general administrative support to team members as needed
- Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing skills for data entry and document preparation
- Previous clerical experience involving data management and record keeping is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
