Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and manage basic math calculations for orders.
- Support the team with general duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning work areas, and setting up equipment.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
