We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves carrying out a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Repairing and fitting wardrobes, cabinets, and shelving
- General carpentry and woodwork
- Adjusting and repairing doors, door closers, locks, and hinges
- Installing and repairing fixtures and fittings
- Performing routine property maintenance and repairs
- Identifying maintenance issues and completing work to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
- Good knowledge of painting, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Pay: £13.00 per hour
