I am looking to hire a reliable and experienced Door Supervisor. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our patrons, staff, and property.
Short hours, starting at 3 hours per night. In the next month going up to 5 hours per night.
Paid Weekly
Your main duties will include greeting customers, checking identification, monitoring the crowd for any potential issues, and intervening if necessary to prevent any disturbances. You will also be responsible for ensuring that everyone adheres to the venue's policies and procedures, and for handling any conflicts or emergencies that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, as well as a valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
