Customer Service Advisor – Rowlinson Packaging Ltd.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a small friendly team where you won’t be treated as ‘just another number’ and the main focus is on quality of service, not quantity of calls. We are one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of packaging solutions, and strive to deliver a great customer experience with both our products and also the service we offer. We work with many of the UK’s leading manufacturers and brands, supporting them with high quality transport packaging and ancillary services. All of our bespoke products are designed in-house using state of the art 3D CAD systems, and fabricated on site using our many years of experience.
As a Customer Service Advisor for Rowlinson Packaging, you’ll take calls from customers both existing and potential and support them with product enquiries, delivery and account queries, and even order processing so the ability to manage multiple priorities in a varied customer service role is important. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently drawing on assistance from other parts of the business as needed.

- Mon – Thu : 08:00 – 17:00
- Fri : 08:00 – 16:00
