Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Keep the kitchen area tidy and organised, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Remove waste and ensure proper disposal in accordance with health regulations.
- Support the team by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
