We're looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to become an integral part of our friendly and supportive team.
This is far more than a reception role. You'll be the first impression of our practice, the reassuring voice on the telephone and an important part of every patient's journey.

We're Looking for the Right Person, Not Just the Right CV
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, particularly using SOE Exact, would certainly be an advantage.
However, experience alone isn't what makes someone successful at Birchfield.

About the Role
As one of the first people our patients meet, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:
- Welcoming every patient with warmth, professionalism and kindness.
- Managing appointment diaries efficiently using SOE Exact.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries with confidence and empathy.
- Supporting patients with appointments, treatment enquiries and payments.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative systems.
- Working closely with our clinicians to ensure every patient journey runs smoothly.
- Helping create a calm, organised and welcoming reception environment.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice with pride and professionalism.
