Are you an experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician looking for a premium night shift opportunity in West Thurrock?
We are recruiting for experienced HGV Technicians to join a leading commercial vehicle main dealer due to continued growth and increased customer demand.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic to earn £62,400 per year while working a fixed 4-day night shift pattern. You will work on modern commercial vehicles within a professional workshop environment, with access to manufacturer training and progression opportunities.
As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician, you will:

Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance on HGVs and commercial vehicles

Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical faults using computer-aided diagnostic equipment

Complete inspections and repairs to manufacturer and DVSA standards

Maintain accurate job cards and service documentation

Carry out final checks to ensure quality workmanship

Support workshop standards and safe working practices
To be considered for this HGV Technician role, you will need:

Proven experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician

Level 3 HGV Technician qualification or equivalent

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Experience working on heavy vehicles within a workshop environment

Main dealer experience desirable but not essential

Full UK driving licence
