Nursery Nurse (Level 3) - Wickford

You will be part of a new team to provide nurturing care and development to children based in each room, whilst building positive and effective partnerships with parents, local authorities and services, and all staff within the nursery setting.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
-Support’s the Curriculum to ensure a child-centred approach, and ensure the observation and planning process meets the needs of all children.
-Be a key-person for a group of your own key children, and build strong parent partnerships.
-Keeping records up to date on our Famly App, and completing quality observations and assessments.
-Plan and deliver a range of exciting activities and experiences for children.
-To maintain an organised, safe and stimulating room environment.
-Ensure effective supervision of children to ensure they remain safe, and complete ongoing risk assessments, ensuring play and learning experiences are safe and age appropriate.
-Fulfil your roles and responsibilities, and legislation duty in relation to safeguarding children by ensuring you follow safeguarding and child protection procedures
Experience:
- Nursery Nurse: 1 year (required)
