Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of hands‑on industry experience
- Prior training, coaching, or facilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver structured technical content confidently
- Familiarity with industry standards (API, ASME, IEC, NFPA, etc.) is an advantage
