The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Property Support Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within the property sector and develop valuable administration, customer service, and property management skills.
The role will involve supporting our Property Management team with a variety of office-based and field-based tasks, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with property viewings and accompanying prospective tenants where required.
- Carrying out routine property inspections and reporting findings.
- Supporting check-ins and check-outs of rental properties.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating company systems.
- Assisting with diary management and appointment scheduling.
- Handling customer enquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
- Preparing and organising property-related documentation.
- Supporting landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Assisting with key management and property access arrangements.
- Ensuring company records remain accurate and up to date.
- Providing general administrative support across the business.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous customer service or administrative experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
