Construo Recruitment is proud to be working with a growing and highly respected specialist contractor delivering Passive Fire Protection (PFP) solutions across the commercial, healthcare, education, and public sectors. Due to continued expansion and contract wins, we are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Passive Fire Protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the commercial aspects of Passive Fire Protection projects from inception to final account
Producing accurate and timely cost reports, valuations, and forecasts
Supporting tender processes, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration
Managing project variations, change control, and risk assessments
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and industry regulations
Liaising with clients, site teams, and senior management to ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
Proven Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry
Strong working knowledge of Passive Fire Protection systems
Familiar with NEC and JCT forms of contract
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
