Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the sales department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients. This role requires excellent administrative skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Sales Administrator will play a vital part in maintaining accurate records, preparing sales reports, and supporting customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
Duties
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare and organise sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, and contracts using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Assist in processing sales orders and invoices via Sage accounting software.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client appointments.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, correspondence, and client interactions.
- Generate regular sales reports using Microsoft Excel for management review.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management using Microsoft Office tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes within the sales department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and Sage accounting system is desirable.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and IT skills relevant to office administration.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Pay: £29,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
