Wash Gang Operatives
Location: Farm-based (travel required)
Pay: £13.50 per hour (rising to £14.75 after 12 weeks)

Red Recruitment 24:7 are recruiting Wash Gang Operatives to work across poultry farms. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for reliable and hardworking candidates who are happy working in a farm environment.
Duties:
- Cleaning and disinfecting poultry sheds
- Removing bedding, waste, and debris
- Using cleaning equipment safely
- Travelling between farm sites as part of a team
Hours:
- 6 days on, 1 day off or 12 days on, 2 days off
- 6:00am starts, finishing around 4:00pm–6:00pm
- Transport provided from the main pick-up point
Additional Information:
- Occasional work away from home once permanent
- Accommodation provided plus £25 per night food allowance
- Initial agency workers are not expected to work away
