Are you reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy a hands-on role? BBS Commercial is looking for a Driver / Warehouse Support team member to help keep our operations running smoothly. This position is primarily delivery driving, with additional warehouse duties when support is needed. Responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, basic stock handling, and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, on time, and in excellent condition.
About the Role
A practical, fast-paced role where driving is the main focus, with some involvement in day-to-day warehouse operations to help keep goods moving efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Deliveries
- Complete deliveries and collections safely and on time
- Follow road safety and company procedures
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness
Warehouse Support
- Receive and store incoming stock
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders
- Load and unload vehicles safely
- Maintain stock accuracy and a tidy workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse or delivery experience (preferred)
- Full manual driving licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit for manual handling
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently or in a team
- Basic IT, numeracy, and literacy skills
