The School of Nursing, Public Health and Healthcare Leadership continues to have ambitious vision for growth, innovative programme development and enhancing student experience. Within our nursing programmes, the school is committed to providing excellent teaching, learning and assessment experiences, which enable our nursing students to feel confident and competent to fulfil their registered nurse roles. This role is central to meeting this objective.
What you will be doing:

Work with a programme team to develop and deliver excellent practical workshops and classroom lectures/ seminars.

Work with a programme team to support learners/ students to complete their assessments, in university and in clinical placement.

Work with a range of different people, within university, academic, professional teams and with employers to deliver aspects of the curriculum, support student success.

Work with a programme team, to ensure growth and maintenance of quality learning environments, either within the university or in relevant practice setting.
Qualifications/ experience:
-
Be an NMC registrant at either Nursing Associate or Registered nurse level.

Hold a relevant academic qualification consistent with NMC registration level i.e., Foundation degree /Degree.

Have current experience in nursing adults / older people
-
Have experience of and understand the NMC standards of supervision and assessment (2023) applied to clinical practice.

Be a confident communicator, using a range of technology and media.

Be passionate about the nursing profession.
