Make a difference by providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities, this role isn’t just about providing personal care, we encourage our support workers to be actively involved in the people we supports activities and interests, be that bowling, cinema, pub lunches or going out for a nice walk ending with coffee and cake!!
Shifts are 7.5 hours, between 7am and 10pm on a rota basis, as we are a 24/7 service you will be required to work some weekends.
- Full UK Manual Driving licence is preferred as you will be partaking in activities in the community.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship at present.
- Day shift: £13 per hour weekdays and £14.30 weekends.
- Enhanced pay rate for overtime.
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
- 30 days holiday when you start.
- No experience required, comprehensive paid training provided.
