About iVM Live
We are a live events, media and marketing company working across sport and entertainment in the UK and United States.
We have delivered projects and campaigns for major organisations including FIFA, YouTube, Liverpool FC, Leeds United, Riyadh Season and The Ring.
Our work ranges from large-scale live events and fan experiences to advertising campaigns and experiential activations. We also operate iVisit Boxing, our dedicated boxing platform.
We are now looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to take ownership of our social channels and help tell the story of our work across our different brands.
The role
This is a varied, hands-on role covering social media management, content creation, filming, editing and basic graphic design. You will work closely with our wider team to plan and produce regular content, capture our projects and events, and ensure our social channels remain active, consistent and engaging.
We are not looking for someone to produce high-budget films or overly complicated designs. We need someone creative and reliable who understands social media, can recognise a good content opportunity and is comfortable taking a piece of content from the initial idea through to publication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day social media channels across iVisit Media, iVisit Boxing and our associated brands
- Plan and maintain a clear social media content calendar
- Develop content ideas around our events, campaigns, partnerships and behind-the-scenes activity
- Film interviews, event coverage and short-form social content
- Edit Reels, TikToks, interviews, highlights and other video content
- Create clean, effective social graphics
- Write captions and adapt content for different platforms
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels
- Attend selected events, activations and filming days to capture content
- Monitor comments, messages and general engagement across our accounts
- Follow relevant sporting, entertainment and social-media trends
- Review performance and provide straightforward recommendations on what is working
- Organise and maintain our library of photographs, footage and creative assets
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Can confidently film good-quality content using a camera or smartphone
- Has experience editing short-form video for social media
- Can produce clear and professional basic graphics
- Understands the differences between content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Has strong written English and can produce accurate, engaging captions
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple brands and projects
- Is comfortable working within a fast-moving team
- Has a genuine interest in sport, entertainment and live events
Experience in boxing or wider sport would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
What we offer
- A salary of £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience
- The opportunity to take real ownership of our brands and social channels
- A varied role covering sport, entertainment, media and live events
- Access to interesting projects in both the UK and United States
- The freedom to introduce ideas and shape our content
- The opportunity to develop your skills across social media, video, design and event content
- A friendly working environment within a small and ambitious team
Some of our projects take place during evenings and weekends, so flexibility will be required.
