Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, builder gel, nail extensions and nail art with precision and creativity
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to enhance their beauty results
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, procedures, and appointment scheduling to ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate service quality
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist is preferred
- Strong skills in nail artistry or makeup artistry , customer service and sales are essential
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for beauty and wellness with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new techniques
