Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems using schematics and mechanical knowledge.
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs and assembly.
- Conduct maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Assist in the installation of new components and systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Support team members with heavy lifting and equipment repair tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
Profile required
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Be qualified to NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Strong knowledge of schematics, mechanical systems, and equipment repair.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, and assembly processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
