Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

A well-established law firm in the South East is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer into its Guildford office.
This is a broad role within a busy property team, offering exposure to a mix of residential matters with strong administrative support.
The role
You will handle a varied caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build matters
Requirements
- Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- Open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or experienced non-qualified fee earners
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage files independently
- Good client care and communication skills
