Electrician – Social Housing
Location: North West London
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading electrical contractor delivering electrical testing, compliance and maintenance services across social housing properties throughout NW London.
This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term, stable work with an excellent package and bonus scheme.
The Role
Working across occupied and communal social housing properties, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Completing C1 and C2 remedial works following inspections
- Electrical fault finding and reactive maintenance
- Testing and inspecting communal electrical installations
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Completing remedial works to ensure installations are compliant
- Ensuring all work complies with BS7671 Wiring Regulations
To be considered, you must have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Experience carrying out EICRs within social housing
- Clean DBS
- Full UK Driving Licence
