Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage crew members to join our team. This is a dynamic role from preparing food, serving drinks (non alcoholic), providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will have toe opportunity to learn from an existing experienced team. Your responsibilities will include serving customers, processing orders, packing orders, liaising with delivery drivers, serving drinks, coffee etc and maintaining a high standard of food safety and preparation. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Manage transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Maintain an organised customer area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous But training can be undertaken.
- Experience in serving or culinary roles will be beneficial for this position.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting an having excellent personal time management.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
