Westcliffe is looking for a motivated care assistant (day shifts) for our small, friendly care home. We are dementia registered and are rated band 5 by Nottinghamshire County Council (the best there is) and GOOD by CQC. Duties include assisting with personal care, serving lunch, assisting residents with their daily routines, assisting with mobility/bathroom visits and providing positive interactions. Training will be provided 'on the job' and continual professional development is encouraged. If you are the right candidate (even if you have little or no experience) are willing to be a team player and are genuine in your desire to have a career in care, we want to work with you - we simply want a team full of nice people who really want to help improve the lives of our lovely residents. We are offering 36 hours per week across both early/late shifts and any candidate would be expected to work every second weekend. Please note we pay our staff during their break times.
