Job Description

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Lead, develop and motivate the hospitality team through training, coaching, appraisals and regular team meetings.

Maintain high operational standards, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Stay informed of market trends and implement best practices.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, environmental legislation and company policies.

Plan and deliver hospitality events in collaboration with clients and the events team.

Produce management reports, complete administrative tasks accurately, and support succession planning and team development.
Qualifications
-
Previous hospitality or catering management experience, ideally across multiple sites.

Strong leadership, communication and client relationship skills.
-
Experience managing teams, budgets and events.
-
Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
-
Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
