Overview
In this dynamic role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that manufacturing activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will coordinate teams, optimize workflows, and uphold quality standards to deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring all processes adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other management teams to plan production schedules and meet delivery deadlines
- Providing customers with order updates
- Providing technical support during manufracturing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the manufacturing or production of sheet metal products.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing schedules, resources, and documentation
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and implement effective solutions
- ISO9001 Quality Management experience would be benificial.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
