Role Purpose
Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to global Executive and key members of the leadership team, while acting as a central coordination point for our new London office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication. This is an exciting new role where you can add real value to a busy Executive supporting the leadership team meeting key customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and European/global travel arrangements
Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising communications and requests
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of leadership team
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups ensuring key stakeholders are in the right place at the right time
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support project coordination and track key deliverables
Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders
Act as the key point of contact for the London office, supporting visitors and guests and ensuring a smooth and professional workplace experience
