Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer/Cleaner to join our team in July until December 2026. This role involves assisting with construction site cleaning in the houses and welfare cabins across Beaufort Park in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and previous experience in commercial cleaning or site cleaning. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the construction and cleaning industries while contributing to the successful completion of projects.
CSCS card will be needed as well as steel toe cap boots - we will supply the rest of your PPE
Duties
- Performing thorough cleaning of houses from pre paint cleans through to sparkle cleans, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, internal and external windows and frames
- Maintaining cleanliness of tools and equipment used during construction activities
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times
- Working well with the team to ensure all tasks are completed
- Be available from 8-4 to work (break times at 10am & 1pm)
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or site cleaning
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness with the ability to work hard
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness on-site
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Driver would be good as the site is not near a bus stop
