Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing and motivating gymnasts of various ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop coaching skills within a supportive setting, fostering both individual growth and team success.
Duties
- Deliver structured gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and abilities
- Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures for various gymnastics routines and equipment
- Monitor participants’ progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills
- Ensure the safety of all gymnasts by maintaining equipment and supervising activities diligently
- Organise warm-up and cool-down exercises to prevent injuries
- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and teamwork among gymnasts
- Maintain accurate attendance records and session reports
- Assist in organising competitions, exhibitions, and special events as required
Experience
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably within gymnastics or similar physical disciplines
- Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and training methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages
- Previous experience working with children or young athletes is desirable but not essential
- Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are advantageous but can be supported through training opportunities provided by us

Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
