Chef/Cook, is accountable to the head cook. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals, ensuring compliance with safe food handling practices, delegation of duties to junior members of the team. Opportunity to undertake further training and development, shift work is necessary between the hours of 7am-3.30pm and 11.30am-7.30 pm. Kitchen experience desirable. Work in a friendly supportive kitchen.
