About the Role
At Warm Welcome, we believe every guest should feel like they’ve just stepped into their favourite place — even if it’s their first visit. As a Server/Bartender, you’re the heartbeat of that feeling. You greet, you guide, you pour, you recommend, you charm, and you make people feel genuinely looked after.
We’re looking for people with solid experience in busy pubs or restaurants, who know how to keep their cool and keep the energy high when the pace picks up.
What You’ll Do
- Bring a warm, confident welcome to every guest — no scripts, just real connection
- Serve food and drinks with energy, personality, and a dash of quirk
- Mix, shake, pour, and present drinks with pride (and the occasional flourish)
- Keep the bar and floor running smoothly, cleanly, and calmly — even when it’s buzzing
- Read the room — from quiet diners to lively groups — and adapt your style
- Support your teammates like the place depends on it (because it does)
- Handle orders, payments, and guest queries with ease and a smile
- Spot opportunities to elevate someone’s visit — a recommendation, a refill, a moment of kindness

Pay: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
