Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetic Practitioner to join our dynamic team in a high end clinic. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure clients feel confident and cared for throughout their experience. Responsibilities
- Perform a range of aesthetic procedures, including filler, anti wrinkle, (laser hair removal would also be great, but not necessary) - any other treatments qualified in would be a bonus
- Deliver personalised consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety throughout all procedures.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care to optimise results.
- Keep accurate records of treatments administered and client preferences.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments to provide innovative solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in related aesthetic fields is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience working in a beauty or aesthetic environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates eager to learn.
- A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping clients achieve their desired look. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to expand their expertise within the aesthetic industry while delivering exceptional client care in a welcoming setting.
Pay: £24,420.00-£45,000.00 per year
