What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Care Manager / Registered Manager role within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness with a passion for growing a care service
- Full UK driving licence
- Reside within 15 minute distance of Rugby (CV22)
