Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Bar Staff to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and professional manner, good organisational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is essential. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Flexibility is required as we are open 7 days and have various patterns between the hours of 8.30am-late. Meets national minimum wage & share of tips.
Duties
- Serve drinks and food efficiently to customers
- Take orders accurately and process payments using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive customer experience throughout their visit
- operate the bar equipment safely and efficiently (tills, coffee machines, dishwashers etc)
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly personality with good communication skills and a professional attitude
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
