As our surveying division continues to grow, we're looking to invest in the next generation of Surveyors.
The Opportunity
You'll work alongside one of our experienced Surveyors, learning every aspect of the role through practical on-site experience and formal industry training.
During your training you'll learn how to:
- Carry out Management Surveys
- Conduct Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys
- Undertake asbestos inspections and risk assessments
- Collect bulk samples safely
- Produce accurate digital survey reports
- Create site drawings using surveying software
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Work in accordance with HSE guidance and industry best practice
As your experience grows, you'll gradually take ownership of your own projects before becoming a fully independent Surveyor.

Competitive starting salary with a performance-related earnings structure. Fully trained New Surveyors typically earn between £30,000 and £40,000 per year.

Candidates who are already working towards, or hold, the BOHS P402 qualification will have an advantage, although this is not essential.
Essential Requirements

✔ Live within approximately 30 minutes of Luton
✔ Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
✔ Comfortable travelling throughout London and the South East
✔ Good spoken and written English
✔ Willing to undertake industry training and examinations
