We're looking for a Research Associate to join our executive search team. This isn't just a research role. It's the first step towards becoming a revenue-generating Executive Search Consultant: managing client relationships, leading executive search assignments and advising boards and CEOs on some of their most important hiring decisions.
You'll receive structured training, work alongside experienced consultants and spend your days speaking with senior executives across Africa's fastest-growing and most exciting businesses.

The Opportunity
As a Research Associate, you'll become the first point of contact for senior executives across Africa, identifying exceptional leadership talent and developing relationships that can last for years.
You'll learn how executive search really works by engaging directly with CEOs, board members and senior executives, conducting executive interviews, mapping industries and identifying leadership talent that others miss.
This is a highly commercial role where every day develops the skills needed to become a successful Executive Search Consultant.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Build relationships with senior executives across Africa
- Conduct executive-level conversations with CEOs and business leaders
- Learn advanced interviewing, questioning and influencing techniques
- Identify and assess high-calibre leadership talent
- Participate in client meetings and search strategy discussions
- Gain exposure to multiple industries and international markets
- Learn how executive search firms win and deliver retained assignments
- Progress into an Executive Search Consultant role based on your performance
Who We're Looking For
