About the role
As a Sales Advisor, you will drive office sales through direct face to face interactions. You will act as an initial point of contact for generating and closing leads, presenting product information, identifying customer needs, and delivering structured solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions to generate new business leads.
⁃ Build lasting relationships with clients and customers, understand their needs and provide solutions.
⁃ Support the sales team in generating leads.
⁃ Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
⁃ Participate in structured team meetings covering key business functions, including operations, sales, customer service, and team management.
⁃ Develop leadership and decision making skills by supervising small teams and managing assigned tasks.

⁃ Strong organisation and communication skills paired with impeccable time management.
⁃ Previous success in sales with proven experience.
⁃ Ability to execute and negotiate sales deals.
⁃ Experience supporting, training, or supervising small teams.
⁃ A drive to reach sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
