- Starting salary £12.71 per hour rising to £12.85
- 38.75 hours per week plus overtime
- Monday – Friday shifts on a rotating basis (1st week 6am-2.15pm, 2nd week 10pm-6.15am, 3rd week 2pm-10.15pm)

Finished school or college and ready to take your next step? If you’re practical, reliable and keen to learn, Advanced Plastics could be a great place to start building your career. We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our busy, modern factory team.
You don’t need to have everything figured out yet. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience making injection-moulded plastic products, learning how to operate machinery, check quality and work safely as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Learn and Do:
· Learn how to operate machinery to manufacture high-quality products
· Check parts carefully and spot any quality concerns
- Packing finished products ready for delivery to our customers

We’re Looking For People Who:
· Are 18+ and able to work full time
· Are ready to learn — manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
· Can stay focused, work efficiently and take pride in doing things properly
· Communicate well, turn up on time and enjoy being part of a team
