Responsibilities

- Uphold food safety standards by maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health regulations at all times.
- Supervise bartenders and bar staff, providing guidance on service techniques, beverage presentation, and customer engagement.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every visitor feels valued and satisfied.
- Oversee the bar’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with licensing laws.
- Foster a lively yet responsible environment by monitoring guest behavior and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or bar setting, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation and customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene in a hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while multitasking efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team and connect with diverse guests.
- Prior experience supervising or leading a team is preferred but not required; leadership qualities are highly valued.
