Due to continued success, we’re expanding — and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, motivate and manage a team of welders within a fast-paced production environment
Oversee daily welding operations, ensuring quality, safety and targets met
Interpret engineering drawings
️ Plan workloads
Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams
️ Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
What You’ll Bring
✅ Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor/Team Leader
Strong hands-on welding background
MIG/TIG experience with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Flexible and able to adapt as required
Strong understanding of weld processes, procedures and quality standards
️ Health & Safety and quality-focused mindset
️ Strong organisational skills and time management
️ Clear & confident communication skills

Mon – Fri 06.00 – 14.30pm
