We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Counter Assistant/Host to be the face of our coffee shop and create memorable first impressions for our guests.
Role Overview
As a Counter Assistant/Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll greet guests with a smile, manage seating arrangements, support the team during busy periods, and ensure every visitor feels valued and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers as they enter the coffee shop
- Manage orders and seating efficiently
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house area
- Support baristas with drink preparation as needed
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Flexible availability, including weekends
