We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Complex Care Therapist to join our team in Stourbridge. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ individual needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and support programmes aligned with each client’s specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care activities, progress notes, and care plans using IT systems.
- Collaborate closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective care delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, adjusting approaches as necessary.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients to promote wellbeing and independence.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering complex care or therapeutic support within a healthcare or social care setting.
- Strong communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in IT systems for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing personalised care plans.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in therapy, social work, or related fields are desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work flexibly on a part-time basis, demonstrating organisational skills and empathy.
