Job Title: Senior Youth Worker
Salary: £31,806pa (pro rata £23,748pa)
Hours of work: 28 per week – flexibility - days/times to be agreed
Job Purpose:
The role will focus on building trusted relationships with young people in Balsall Heath, providing safe spaces, mentoring, and opportunities for leadership, whilst ensuring their voices shape the programme. Significant experience of working with young people in a youth work setting is essential along with a nationally recognised JNC qualification for Youth Work or equivalent.
