About GinSen
GinSen is an established Traditional Chinese Medicine and wellness clinic in London. As our business and digital presence continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, confident and social-media-focused TikTok Presenter & Account Management Specialist to join our team.
This is a hands-on and creative role combining TikTok Live presenting, short-form video creation, account management and customer engagement. You will play an active part in developing engaging content, growing our online community and strengthening GinSen's presence across TikTok and other social media platforms.
We are particularly interested in someone who is natural and confident in front of the camera, understands what makes social media content engaging, and can turn ideas, trends and health-related topics into creative short-form videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and manage TikTok Live sessions, presenting health, wellness, beauty and clinic-related topics in a natural, confident and engaging style.
- Create, present and appear in TikTok videos, Reels and other short-form social media content.
- Develop creative video ideas, hooks, scripts and content concepts for TikTok.
- Support the day-to-day management, planning and development of the GinSen TikTok account.
- Research TikTok trends, popular topics, formats and audience interests, identifying suitable opportunities for the GinSen brand.
- Assist with customer enquiries, online engagement and customer service as part of the daily work schedule.
- Engage professionally with comments and help build a positive and active online community.
- Help increase video views, engagement, followers and overall account growth.
- Review content performance and identify which topics, styles and formats generate the strongest audience response.
- Work with the team to continuously improve content quality and social media performance.
- Support other marketing, promotional and brand-development activities when required.

- Are familiar with TikTok, Instagram and other major social media platforms.

- Are comfortable presenting TikTok Live sessions and creating video content.
- Understand how to create short-form content that captures attention quickly and keeps viewers engaged.
- Have good research skills and can identify relevant trends and new content opportunities.
- Are creative, enthusiastic, quick to learn and able to generate fresh ideas.
- Have good organisational skills and can manage different tasks and responsibilities.
- Have good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Have an interest in social media, health, beauty, wellness or Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Are motivated to learn, develop their skills and take on greater responsibility as the role grows.
University students and recent graduates with a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification are welcome to apply. We also welcome talented candidates who are at the beginning of their careers in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
English Requirement: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent level of English proficiency.
