Job Title: Facilities Operative
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is aleading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.We are recruiting a Facilities Operative to join the team located in Bristol
Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for providing the operational deliveryof all Post Room services.
Key Tasks
Co-ordinate with FM Operations and Critical Service teams todeliver service level agreements
Support/Monitor 3rd party supplier activities when requiredand report any corrective works arising
Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA andas instructed by the company policy
Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergenciesin relevant books/documentation
Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operatewithin appropriate SHE processes and client HSE standards
Carry out Post Room activities including receipt, sortingand distributing incoming and outgoing post to and from mail collection points,keeping post tray names up to date, ensuring areas are tidy and thatuncollected post is distributed
Monitor and maintain stationery levels
Deliver goods received to correct destination/person
Assist with site waste and recycling arrangements
Cover reception services when required
Co-ordinate with Security and report any faults on accessentry system where necessary
Take ownership and understand customer requirements and beable to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns and ensure customer iskept appraised at all times
Act as deputy in the absence of other team members
D evelop and maintain excellent clientrelationships, ensuring that they receive the highest standards of servicedelivery in relation to their operational needs
Always developing relationship with the client and their teams to ensurefull understanding of the clients needs
Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicatedand implemented within the contract
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and thatboth clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectivelyimplemented across both CBRE and sub-contractor’s activities. Ensureappropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractualcommitments are met.

Person Specification
Strong PC skills, MS Office
Self-motivated and resourceful
Ability to workas part of a team, as well as independent
Good administrative skills
Well organised and good prioritisation and planning skills
Key focus for this role is to ensure that all FM servicesare delivered in a confident and efficient manner
Minimum of 2years’ experience in a similar role
Service orientated attitude combined with innovativethinking
Knowledge and awareness of the facilities managementindustry
Practical experience in working with supply partners todeliver a seamless, integrated service
Customer services experience and the ability to communicateat all levels
