Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Booking Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that routine maintenance events are accurately booked and scheduled, following company procedures and guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining clear and accurate records, ensuring timely completion of reports and documentation, and delivering information to customers in line with company standards. The ideal candidate will help us meet accounting and operational deadlines, support compliance with Health and Safety legislation, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure routine maintenance events are booked and scheduled within departmental and company guidelines
· Ensure procedures are adhered to as detailed in process documents
· Ensure information sent to customers is accurate and in line with company requirements
· Ensure accounting and operational deadlines are met
· Ensure accurate and timely completion of all procedures, company documentation and reports
· Ensure computer and operational system records are maintained effectively
· Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
· Undertake any other duties which the company from time to time may reasonably request
Skills and Experience:
Essential
· 1 year’s relevant work experience
· Basic education required
Preferred
· I.T. skills to include use of internal systems, Microsoft Excel and Word
· Effective communication skills
· Good telephone manner

Salary: £26436.80
Hours: 40 hours 0800-1700hrs Monday to Friday 1 hour for lunch.
