Clearview Glaziers is one of the region's leading manufacturers and installers of high quality windows, doors, and glazing products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Window & Door Fitter to join our professional installation team.

The Role
You will be responsible for installing high-quality uPVC, aluminium, composite, and timber windows and doors across residential and commercial properties. You'll ensure every installation meets our exacting quality standards while providing an excellent experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors to a high professional standard.
- Remove existing frames and prepare openings for new installations.
- Carry out all sealing, finishing, adjustments, and remedial work where required.
- Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment safely.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organised throughout each installation.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers.
- Complete installations within agreed timescales.
- Accurately complete installation paperwork and photographic records.
- Represent Clearview Glaziers professionally at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience installing windows and doors.
- Excellent knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, composite, and timber products.
- Competent using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Desirable
- FENSA or MTC accreditation.
- Experience working within the social housing or planned maintenance sector.
- CSCS Card.
