Executive Assistant (Bilingual - Remote from Colombia)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the Director of a Pediatric Health Center based in North Miami. This is a 100% remote position that requires a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The ideal candidate acts as the "right hand" to the Director, ensuring that operations run smoothly, schedules are managed effectively, and administrative tasks are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage the Director’s calendar, prioritize emails, and coordinate high-level meetings.
- Operational Coordination: Assist in the day-to-day administration of the pediatric center, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are filed correctly.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain sensitive records, prepare reports, and assist with administrative onboarding tasks.
- Project Management: Support special projects from inception to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish): Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar high-level support role.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills. You double-check your work, anticipate needs, and catch errors before they become issues.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in administrative software, document management systems, and remote collaboration tools.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential patient and business information with complete integrity.
- Independence: You are a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and can manage time effectively without constant supervision.
